Beer Line Cleaning

Beer line cleaning is a necessary component to serving quality beers, but it can be very dangerous if not done correctly. Line cleaning chemicals are not safe for consumption. It's recommended to clean a draft beer system at a minimum of once every 2 weeks. Long draw systems exceeding 25ft/serve high volumes of beer should be cleaned once a week.
